1) Sitting in library and reading periodicals is free of cost. Membership is not required for the facility. The books belonging to sources other than our library are not allowed to be read in the library.

2) Reference books are for reading in the library only ,they are not allowed to be carried out of the library.

3) The member should fully co-operate with the library staff. They are expected to maintain clean and peaceful atmosphere in the library and surroundings.

4) please switch off your mobiles before entering the library Premises and maintain silence.

5) The working hours of library 8 am to 11 am and evening 5 pm to 8 pm (The library will remain closed on Thursday and public holidays.)

6) The member can borrow one book at a time. Books are is issued for a period of 15 days. Books can be renewed maximum one time.

7) The member should handle the books very carefully, Please do not underline the sentences or put your own comments on any page. Also Proper care should be taken, not spoil any books in any way.

8) In case any book is spoiled then the member should replace the book with a new copy or should pay in full the cost of new edition of that book.

9) In the following case the membership will get cancelled. A) If the member does not pay library subscription for more than one year or does not intimate anything in the respect. B) In case of any misbehaviour / misconduct by the member in respect of purity and discipline of the library.

10) In case any member who has cancelled his membership does not collect the deposit amount within six months, the said amount will be deposited as donation to library. And it will not be returned to the concerned person. Interest thereupon will be paid.

11) Any change in the information related to address, mobile no. etc. of the member should be immediately reported to library.

12) Exchange of the books should be done only through the librarian and the same should be registered and ensured carefully.

13) The management committee of the library has reserved the rights to amend the library rules and regulation as and when necessary. The amended rules will be displayed on board time to time.
